This home was a classic mountain lodge, and just a 20 minute drive from Silicon Valley. We turned it into a high-tech modern lodge, to show how to live in the mountains in style. The 2bd/2ba was turned into a 3bd/2ba by adding 2 doorways around the house, which also improved the energy flow and desirability to buyers. Some original materials were salvaged and paired with new high-end finishing materials, to do minimum effort while getting maximum reward.
Palm Desert
This home was a vacation home crash pad that hadn’t been updated in 20 years. We turned the home into a luxury destination in south Palm Desert. With modern updates, like gold and black fixtures, touch-less faucets, prismatic chandelier and a marble fireplace with fireballs. The place is now on the cutting edge of interior design trends.
